Thank you for using ConvoCard (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines our practices regarding data collection and usage.
Audio Recordings: Voice recordings are stored locally on your mobile device.
Speech-to-Text (STT): The App may utilize system APIs for speech recognition. Data processing for this feature follows the privacy standards of your device's operating system (iOS/Android).
Contact Information: Names, company names, and URLs entered manually or captured via QR code are used solely for lead management within the App.
Local Storage: All audio files, transcripts, and contact data are stored locally on your device by default. We do not automatically upload your conversation data to our servers.
User Control: You have full control to delete any recording or lead record within the App at any time. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
The App may use speech recognition technology provided by system vendors (e.g., Apple, Google). We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies regarding voice data processing.
